1st Anniversary Promo Campaign — Official Terms & Conditions

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by Scholars Hall Pte. Ltd., UEN 202324923K, with its registered business address at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 SBF Center, S068914 (the “Promoter”).

The Promotion runs from 20 July 2026 to 30 September 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). The Grand Lucky Draw entry window runs from 1 August 2026 to 30 September 2026, both dates inclusive. The Promoter reserves the right to shorten, extend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time, with reasonable notice published on the Promoter’s official website and social media channels.

This Promotion is open to parents or legal guardians who are Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, or Singapore residents holding a valid pass entitling them to reside in Singapore, and who enrol an eligible student in an Eligible Package during the Promotion Period. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older, or the parent/legal guardian of the enrolling student if the student is a minor. Employees, mentors, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to participate in the Grand Lucky Draw, but may still be eligible for the Instant Welcome Gift at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

Certain elements of this Promotion (including guaranteed matching with the Promoter’s newest faculty members) are strictly limited to the first ten (10) new families whose enrolment in an Eligible Package is confirmed and whose first invoice is paid in full. This is counted in the order that full payment is received and confirmed by the Promoter’s finance system, not the order in which enrolment forms are submitted. Once this cap of 10 is reached, this specific benefit closes automatically and will be removed from public promotional materials. All other elements of the Promotion (Instant Welcome Gift, Grand Lucky Draw, and Inner Circle Rewards) remain unaffected by this cap unless stated otherwise.

“Eligible Packages” means the Promoter’s 8-Hour Package and 24-Hour Package, as described on the Promoter’s official website at the time of enrolment. Packages purchased, renewed, or upgraded outside the Promotion Period, or packages other than those named above, are not eligible.

Each successfully enrolled and paid Eligible Package during the Grand Lucky Draw entry window (1–30 September 2026) receives exactly one (1) entry into the Grand Lucky Draw, regardless of package tier, value, or the number of students covered by that enrolment. Multiple enrolments by the same family during the entry window will each receive a separate, additional entry. Entries are non-transferable and cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged separately from an Eligible Package enrolment. No entry is available without such an enrolment.

The Grand Lucky Draw will be conducted on or by 7 October 2026, or such other date and venue as the Promoter may notify in advance on its official website and social media channels.

All valid entries received during the entry window will be compiled into a single entry list. The winning entry will be selected at random by a designated representative of the Promoter using a fair and transparent method (such as a physical blind draw or a verifiable digital randomiser).

To ensure absolute fairness, the draw will be conducted and verified in the presence of at least two (2) senior representatives of the Promoter. The Promoter will document the draw process and retain a formal internal record of the outcome.

The winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact details provided at enrolment, within [3] business days of the draw. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner over a period of [7] calendar days. If the winner cannot be reached within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select a replacement winner using the same random-draw method, at its sole discretion.

The winner must collect the prize, or provide delivery details, within [30] calendar days of successful notification. Prizes not collected within this period may be forfeited at the Promoter’s discretion, subject to applicable law.

The Grand Lucky Draw prize is one (1) Apple iPhone 18 (specific model and storage configuration at the Promoter’s discretion), to be presented to the winning family upon its official retail release and stock availability in Singapore (anticipated September 2026). If the named model becomes unavailable, discontinued, delayed beyond a reasonable period, or is replaced by a newer equivalent Apple device prior to fulfilment, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater retail value, or with a cash equivalent, without further notice, subject to applicable law. This right also applies to the Instant Welcome Gift and Inner Circle Rewards components of this Promotion in the event of genuine supply chain disruption.

The Promoter is not the manufacturer or supplier of the Grand Lucky Draw prize (Apple iPhone 18) or the Instant Welcome Gift (Apple AirPods / Book Vouchers). These items are provided on an “as-is” basis. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality, merchantability, or fitness for the purpose of these items. Any dispute regarding the quality, condition, or performance of the prizes must be resolved directly with the respective manufacturer or authorised retailer (e.g., Apple Inc.). The Promoter shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or enjoyment of any prize.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any delayed, lost, incomplete, or corrupted enrolments or payments resulting from technical failures, website crashes, payment gateway errors, or any telecommunications malfunctions. The Promoter is not obligated to extend the Promotion Period or the “First 10 Enrolments” cap due to any such technical downtime.

By participating in this Promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data (including name, contact details, and enrolment information) by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and fulfilling prizes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://scholarshall.sg/policies/. Personal data collected for this Promotion will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes without separate consent, and will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes stated above and any applicable record-keeping obligations.

The Promoter may request the winner’s consent to use their name, photograph, and/or a short testimonial for promotional purposes relating to this Promotion, across the Promoter’s website and social media channels. This consent is entirely optional, is requested separately at the time of prize fulfilment, and a winner’s decision not to give this consent has no effect on their entitlement to receive the prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry, and to reclaim any prize already awarded, where it reasonably believes an entrant has engaged in fraud, falsified enrolment or eligibility information, attempted to obtain multiple entries through improper means, or otherwise breached these Terms & Conditions. Enrolments that are later cancelled, refunded, or found to have been made in bad faith solely to obtain an entry (with no genuine intention of completing the enrolled package) will be void for the purposes of this Promotion.

In the event that an Eligible Package is terminated, prematurely cancelled, or refunded (whether in full or pro-rated) after a prize or Instant Welcome Gift has been awarded to the family, the Promoter reserves the absolute right to deduct the full recommended retail price (RRP) of the awarded prize(s) from any refund amount due to the family, or to demand immediate repayment of the prize value from the entrant.

The Promoter’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion (including but not limited to eligibility, the conduct of the draw, disqualification, and prize substitutions) are final, conclusive, and binding on all entrants. No correspondence, appeals, or legal claims will be entertained.

A person who is not a party to these Terms & Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
